1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, enabling cloud features, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 to create an account and at least 18, or the age of contractual capacity where you live, to purchase a subscription. If you do not agree, you may continue using the available local features without an account.
2. What Folviro provides
Folviro helps you organize accounts, currencies, gold, transactions, budgets, installments, debts, subscriptions, shopping plans, statement imports, and selected insights. Free features are designed to work locally. Plus adds personal cloud capabilities. Family adds shared spaces for up to six people, with account-level sharing and permissions.
3. Your account and records
You are responsible for access to your email or Google account, your devices, your backups, and the accuracy and legality of records you enter. Do not use Folviro to violate another person’s privacy, upload unlawful content, probe security, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or bypass plan limits. Family owners decide what to share and must have authority to share it.
4. Subscriptions, renewal, and taxes
On the website, paid plans are sold and administered by Paddle as merchant of record. The checkout shows the currency, billing interval, taxes, and final total before purchase. You can cancel or update payment details through the Paddle billing portal in Settings.
In the iOS and Android apps, plans are sold through the App Store or Google Play, which act as merchant of record: payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google account when you confirm the purchase, and refunds follow that store’s policies. A subscription bought in the App Store renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. A subscription bought in Google Play renews until you cancel it in Google Play. Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where these Terms do not provide otherwise.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves paid access available until the current period ends. Deleting your Folviro account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in the store. Price changes apply prospectively with notice where required.
5. Free, Plus, Family, and existing access
Free includes the advertised local features. Plus and Family features require an active, trialing, or temporarily past-due subscription, unless Folviro has granted preserved existing-member access. Paused or canceled subscriptions do not create a new right to paid cloud service after their access period ends. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse, but we will not silently charge for a different plan.
6. Not financial advice
Folviro is an organizational tool, not a bank, broker, accountant, lender, tax adviser, or fiduciary. Exchange rates, gold values, imports, forecasts, and AI-assisted summaries may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or wrong. They are reference information, not buy/sell quotes or professional advice. You remain responsible for financial, tax, and legal decisions.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep cloud services available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Local mode and exported backups reduce dependence on the cloud. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice when a material change affects paid service.
8. Intellectual property
Folviro, its software, design, and branding are owned by the operator or licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights in your records and grant only the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, and display content you choose to send to the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend cloud access for serious abuse, security risk, non-payment, or material breach, using proportionate measures where practical. You may stop using Folviro at any time, cancel your subscription, export local backups, and delete your cloud account from Settings.
10. Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Folviro is provided “as is” and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
